All orders over £50 are delivered free within the UK and are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
All orders under £50 will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class service and you will have the opportunity to make this choice during the check out process. We are so sorry that we do not deliver outside the UK at the present time.
We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days and proof of postage will be obtained however this can vary from time to time depending on the availability of stock.
If you require express delivery please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this. However, please note that an additional cost may be incurred.
We will endeavour to ship your goods within the delivery time frame stated at the time you place your order. In the case of Nursery Furniture. There are occasions where this may have a longer wait time than stated when you place your order. We hope you are very happy with your purchase, however if you require a refund or wish to exchange your purchase or you feel it is unsuitable, please return the item in its original condition with labels attached within 28 days of receipt. Packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty in which case the return postage costs will be refunded to you.
